ANNA FRANK HOUSE
The Anne Frank House can only be visited with a ticket bought online for a specific time slot. The same applies to tickets for children (0-9 years old) and visitors with discount cards. The demand often exceeds the number of available tickets. Tickets sell out very fast.
Parking
P + R Locations
At Amsterdam’s Park and Ride (P+R) car parks, you can park your car for €8 per 24 hours (max. 4 days). If you arrive after 10.00 or during the weekend you pay only €1 per 24 hours. These rates only apply if you then travel by public transport (OV) to the city centre.
IJDOCK Parking
Park your car affordably 10 euro for 24 hours and safely at the IJDock parking garage in Amsterdam. The car park is within walking distance of the canals, Amsterdam Central Station and many attractions. Don't forget to reserve a spot
OOSTERDOK PARKING
Visiting Amsterdam by car is cheaper and easier than you might think. The car park is at an ideal location. Lots of museums, sights and attractions are within walking distance. The car park is right next to Amsterdam Central Station. Parking for a whole day costs just € 20.
PUBLIC Transportation
Buy an OV Chipkaart on the aiport and use it for all your transportation. The OV-chipkaart is the payment method for public transport in the Netherlands. If you carry an OV-chipkaart with you, you no longer need to think about strip tickets or metro tickets. Don't forget to check in and out. When you travel form the airport to the city take the train. If you want to take a taxi book an UBER.
